Terms and Conditions

• Payment: R700 per page, payable upfront. Late payments may affect the delivery of services and will result in termination of services.
• Revisions: One revision is allowed per page. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Approval Timeline: Clients must approve website design and content within 48 hours of receiving drafts.
• Ownership: Website content and design remain the property of Owlytic Web Solutions until all payments are cleared.
• Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable. Adjustments can be made to services within the contract period.
• Timeline: Websites are designed and supplied within four weeks to six months. Dependent on the size and availability of information requested. Failing to stay within six months will result in an additional fee of R1200/month to complete any outstanding designs.

Policy on Client Responsibilities

• Account Access: Clients must provide full access to their website for seamless management.
• Collaborative Input: Clients must share timely updates on campaigns, promotions, and brand developments.
• Content Review: Feedback must be provided promptly to avoid delays in scheduling.
