How It Works

1. Sign-Up Process
   • Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our website to subscribe.
   • Provide your business details, branding guidelines, and any specific requirements.
   • Payment must be made upfront for the monthly package.
2. Design Brief Submission
   • Clients will submit a brief for each design, including text, logos, themes, and any visuals they want incorporated.
   • Owlytic Web Solutions will provide a submission deadline for the briefs to ensure timely delivery.
3. Design Delivery
   • Completed designs will be delivered via email or shared drive within 3-5 business days after receiving the brief.
4. Revisions
   • One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions will be charged at R100 per design.
5. Posting
   • The client is responsible for posting the designs on their respective social media platforms.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
   • Full payment is required upfront before any design work begins.
   • Late payments may result in delayed delivery of designs.
2. Design Ownership
   • Final designs are the property of the client once delivered.
   • Owlytic Web Solutions reserves the right to use the designs in their portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Submission Deadlines
   • All briefs must be submitted by the 15th of the month to guarantee timely delivery.
   • Late submissions may result in delayed or rolled-over designs to the following month.
4. Revisions
   • One free revision per design is included. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
5. Cancellations
   • Cancellations must be requested in writing 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
6. Non-Transferable
   • The package is non-transferable and can only be used by the client who purchased it.

Client Responsibilities

1. Providing Accurate Information
   • The client is responsible for supplying correct text, branding assets, and guidelines.
   • Any delays in submitting information may affect the delivery timeline.
2. Timely Feedback
   • Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the design. Failure to provide feedback in time will result in the design being considered approved.
3. Posting and Engagement
   • The client is responsible for uploading the designs to their platforms and engaging with their audience.
